Subscriptions
All services for each subscription are listed. Subscriptions require a 12 month commitment and must be local to either Kansas City or Phoenix. One subscription per facility.
Premium Subscription
Includes:
- Virtual double of facility for VR analysis and touring
- VR equipment
- CAD down to the part number
- Automation planning
- 64 hours/week (not including sprints)
- Everything included in Transformative, Standard & Basic Subscriptions
Cost $20,000 USD for Kansas City / Phoenix locals

Transformative Subscription
Includes:
- Jig development
- MODAPTS time studies
- Yamazumi chart
- SMED development
- Implementation assistance
- 1 "sprint" per quarter (we assign additional resources to your facility for 1
week, making significant progress on your projects)
- 32 hours/week (not including sprints)
- Everything included in Standard & Basic Subscriptions
This subscription type is what other facilities we have worked with have used to transform their process and overtake competition!
Cost $12,000 USD for Kansas City / Phoenix locals

Standard Subscription
Includes:
- SOPs
- Jig design
- 1 "sprint" per year (we assign additional resources to your facility for 1
week, making significant progress on your projects)
- 16 hours/week (not including sprints)
- Everything included in the Basic Subscription
Cost $6,000 USD for Kansas City / Phoenix locals
